The Origin

Back in 1981, Frank Flanagan started his journey in screen printing, selling souvenir tees up and down the East Coast. By 1983, he cracked the code on heat transfers — and he never looked back. What started as a side hustle turned into one of the largest transfer operations in the country.

The Rebirth

After selling the original business in 2013, Frank passed the torch. In 2018, a new era of leadership reimagined what a heat transfer partner could be. We rebuilt 613 Originals from the ground up: better processes, smarter tech, faster service — all backed by decades of know-how.

Now, we serve thousands of customers nationwide — from first-time pressers to high-volume shops. We’re still proudly based in New Jersey, but our reach spans from coast to coast. Every order is a chance to help someone grow, and we’re just getting started.

Stock transfers ship next business day. Orders placed before 3 PM EST often ship same day.

Absolutely! Our Art Services team will review and prep your file for printing — just upload your design when placing your order.

Original transfers are screen printed (spot color) and ideal for bulk orders. DTF transfers are full-color, digitally printed, and perfect for small runs or high-detail designs.

Yes — all of our transfers are press-only. We recommend a commercial-grade heat press for best results.

It depends on the formula. Some start at just 1 sheet, others at 36 pieces. Check product pages for exact minimums.
