Original (Screen Print Transfers)

These are traditional plastisol-based heat transfers, perfect for spot color designs (1–3 solid colors). Our Original formulas are reliable, vibrant, and apply with ease to a wide range of fabrics. From everyday basics to specialty looks like puff or glow, you’ll find a formula here to match your style and substrate.

  • Temp: 350°F
  • Time: 7 seconds
  • Pressure: Heavy (8–9 pressure)
  • Peel: Hot
  • Best For: Cotton, cotton/poly blends, most basics
  • Tip: Great for beginners! Very forgiving and easy to press.
  • Temp: 320°F
  • Time: 7 seconds
  • Pressure: Heavy
  • Peel: Hot
  • Best For: Cotton, poly/cotton, softer hand feel
  • Tip: Ideal for retail-ready looks with a smoother finish.
  • Temp: 325°F
  • Time: 7 seconds
  • Pressure: Heavy
  • Peel: Hot
  • Best For: Spandex, Lycra, athletic wear
  • Tip: Stretch with your garment—no cracking or lifting.

Full Color Process (CMYK Transfers)

Full Color Process transfers are digitally printed and perfect for photorealistic designs, gradients, and detailed artwork. These low-temp formulas offer a soft hand feel and work on various fabric types, with specialty options like Blocker or Glow available for more complex needs.

  • Tip: Ideal for photo-quality prints with a soft hand.

Digital Hybrid

Digital Hybrid combines the crisp vibrancy of digital full-color artwork with the feel and finish of our screen print base. It’s a great option for prints that need more color than spot color allows, but still want a soft, traditional screen print texture.

  • Tip: Combines easy press with full-color capability.

Direct to Film (DTF)

DTF is our most versatile option—digitally printed on a clear carrier and suitable for nearly every fabric type. It’s ideal for full-color designs, small runs, or when you need something fast and easy to apply. No special formulas to choose—just great results every time

  • Time: 10 seconds
  • Pressure: Medium-Heavy
  • Peel: Cold Peel
  • Best For: Almost any fabric
  • Tip: Peel cool, then repress for 5 seconds to lock in the design
