Getting Started

No, you can check out as a guest. We’ll just ask for your email address so we can send your order confirmation and tracking updates.

You can create an account during checkout or by clicking “Log In / Sign Up” in the top navigation. Creating an account lets you save shipping details, view past orders, and reorder faster.

You’ll get access to your order history, faster checkout, and saved addresses—plus it's easier to track orders or reorder your favorite transfers.

Ordering & Checkout

Yes! Guest checkout is available. We’ll still ask for an email so you can receive updates on your order, including shipping and tracking.

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, and other secure options through our Shopify checkout.

Yes! If you have an account, just log in and head to your order history. You can reorder directly from there.

Uploading Artwork & Placing a Transfer Order

For best results, upload a vector file (.PDF, .AI, or .EPS). We also accept high-res .PNG or .JPG files. Be sure your artwork is sized correctly and text is outlined.

Absolutely! Depending on the product, we offer low minimums—even just one transfer for options like DTF.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders ship in 1–3 business days. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

We offer faster shipping options at checkout. If you have a tight deadline, reach out—we’ll do our best to help!

We ship within the U.S. and to select international locations. Shipping rates and options will show at checkout based on your address.
