Application Settings

  • Temperature:
    350°F – Cotton
    325°F – Cotton/Poly Blends
    300°F – Polyester Bags or items that won’t be washed
  • Time: 7 seconds
  • Pressure: High (8–9 manual / 60 PSI automatic)
  • Peel: Hot

Step-by-Step Instructions

  • Adjust Settings
    Set heat press to 300°F–350°F depending on fabric. Use max pressure and 7 seconds.
  • Pre-Press Garment
    Remove moisture and smooth fabric by pressing for 3 seconds. Remove Teflon or press covers.
  • Position Transfer
    Place the garment on the press. Align the flag transfer (print side up) in your desired spot.
  • Press the Transfer
    Close the press for 7 seconds at correct temp and pressure.
  • Hot Peel
    Immediately peel the carrier sheet in one smooth motion for a clean finish.
